Dr. Ferrari oversees the ELISpot EQA Programs and the effort needed to assess the functionality of the PBMCs collected from leukopheresed donors. Dr. Ferrari has gained extensive experience in the ELISpot assay and peptide work while working for the Duke Central Immunology laboratory for the HIV Vaccine Trial Network and currently for the Comprehensive T Cell-Vaccine Immune Monitoring Core (CTC-VIMC). He has previously been involved in and will work closely with the lab to oversee the implementation of the panel of reagents that will be used for the ELISpot EQA Program.
